Buynewhomes.ie – Ireland's First New Homes Portal

Client: Real Estate Alliance, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

Real Estate Alliance asked MOR Solutions to design and develop a dedicated website for selling new homes in Ireland. They were looking for innovative ideas and a content management system that would integrate with the existing Real Estate Alliance content management system.

We developed the first property website in Ireland specifically for New Homes. The property information contained on the website is comprehensive allowing agents to upload all information on each new home development including siteplans, house type elevations, area information, brochure PDFs in addition to the standard features and pricing information. Visitors can search using the map or browse by agent, price, location, availability or development type.

The sophisticated content management system at the back end was integrated with the Real Estate Alliance custom content management system to allow the agents have one central login for updating all properties.
